Clearview Cinemas Step Brothers Sweepstakes
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at any time of entry. Corporate entities are not eligible and have no right to claim any prize won by its employees. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sponsor, its licensors and prize providers, and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies and the Sponsor's authorized designees associated with the design, administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") as well as members of such employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and households are not eligible. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrants' full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.clearviewcinemas.com ("Web Site") during the Sweepstakes Period and completely fill out and submit the entry form for this Sweepstakes. You may only enter online at the Web Site during the Sweepstakes Period. One entry per person. Entries submitted or received after the Sweepstakes Period will be void. The Web Site's database clock will be the official timekeeper for the entries received for this Sweepstakes.
RANDOM DRAWING: Twenty-five (25) prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about ten (10) days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, to be conducted by Sponsor's designated judges, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail as determined by Sponsor on or about 10 days after the random drawing. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: 25 prizes. Each prize winner will receive one (1) Step Brothers prize pack.
Limit one (1) prize per person. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to prizes won. No cash substitutions transfer or assignment of prize will be allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If any prize or portion thereof is unavailable, Sponsor has the right to replace that prize or portion thereof with a substitute prize of equal or greater value. If legitimately claimed, all prizes will be awarded.
GENERAL: Entrants hereby acknowledge and agree that all information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Web Site entries will be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy available at http://www.clearviewcinemas.com/privacy-policy.shtml. All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winners list, as further set forth in Sponsor's privacy policy. In addition, except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, picture, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical data, and statements for the purposes related to the Sweepstakes, its advertising or promotion, without the right to review, approve or receive additional compensation or notice. Entries become Sponsors property and will not be returned.
If tentative prize winners cannot be reached within a reasonable time (as determined by Sponsor) from the date of first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified and an alternate entry may be randomly drawn in Sponsor's sole discretion. Return of any prize notification/prize as undeliverable or as rejected may result in disqualification and the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner in Sponsor's sole discretion.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address.
AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY/RELEASE: ALL ENTRANTS FOREVER AND IRREVOCABLY ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES, WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO CLAIM ANY AMBIGUITY WITH RESPECT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WAIVE HIS/HER RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM, ACTION OR PROCEEDING AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASEES (DEFINED BELOW). WARRANT THAT THEY ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND RELEASE EACH OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS ("RELEASEES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, EXPENSE, ACCIDENT, DELAY, INCONVENIENCE OR IRREGULARITY) DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND EVEN IF THE RELEASEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND LEGAL COSTS) ARISING FROM, RESULTING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY OR ELEMENT THEREOF, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR PARTICIPATION ENTRY OR INABILITY TO ENTER IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AWARDING, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, DEFECTS IN USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PART THEREOF, ANY CHANGE IN THE PRIZING OR ANY PARTS THEREOF, ANY INTERRUPTIONS IN, POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, ANY DAMAGE TO HIS/HER COMPUTER, WIRELESS DEVICE, TELEPHONE OR EMAIL DEVICE AND THE CONTENTS THEREIN, ANY WRONGFUL, NEGLIGENT OR UNAUTHORIZED ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, OR ANY OF THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR DESIGNEES AND THE COLLECTION USE AND/OR SHARING OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OF THE ENTRANTS BY SPONSOR AND/OR THE VIOLATION OF ANY PRIVACY, PERSONAL, PUBLICITY OR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the U.S. Void where prohibited by law.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and that they will not knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Sweepstakes or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified and forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
DISCLAIMERS / RELEASE OF LIABILITY / NO WARRANTIES: None of the Sweepstakes Entities are responsible for: incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, mutilated, garbled, deleted, illegible, delayed or misdirected entries; undeliverable, lost, late, damaged, stolen, misdirected or destroyed prizing; technical, hardware or software failures of any kind; lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections; any infection by computer virus or bugs while participating in the Sweepstakes; or errors, typos, or misprints in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials, whether caused by any of the Sweepstakes Entities, the entrant, or by any human error. Sponsor is not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your e-mail address does not work or if it is changed without prior written notice to Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void entries of any entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason whatsoever. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, perform the random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to or after such cancellation, suspension, or modification.
NONE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
NO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE FILM "STEP BROTHERS" OR ANY OTHER FILMS, PRODUCTION OR PROJECT OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES.
WINNERS LIST/ OFFICIAL RULES: For a list of prize winners or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Clearview Cinemas Step Brothers Sweepstakes (please indicate Winners List or Official Rules) 97 Main Street, Chatham, NJ 07928. Requests must be received no later than six (6) months after the close of the Sweepstakes.
