AT RETAIL WITH PURCHASE: Visit a participating Clearview Cinema location between open and close of business and with the purchase of either a Large Fountain Beverage or Large Popcorn receive an 8 digit code to enter online (while supplies last). Enter the code online at www.clearviewcinemas.com/UniversalOrlando before 11:59pm Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/4/2013 to reveal your instant win status. You must complete and submit the Official Online Entry form with the required information in order to supply your 8 digit code found on the code label to reveal your instant win status. 2. MAIL-IN WITHOUT A PURCHASE: To receive one (1) code card without making a purchase at a participating Clearview Cinema location (while supplies last), send a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope to: "Escape to Universal Orlando" Contest to Clearview Cinemas, 200 Park Ave, Suite 302, Florham Park,NJ 07932. Mail-in requests must be postmarked between 3/8/2013 and 3/22/2013 and received by 3/29/2013. Limit one (1) request per envelope, mailed separately.
